Questions, bug reports, feature ideas, or just want to say hi — drop us a line.

Before you do: inTelePrompter has a complete Help section built into the app, covering every feature step by step. It works offline like the rest of the app, so it is there on a shoot with no signal.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I learn how everything works?

Open the Help tab in the app. It is a full user manual, organized by section, with step-by-step topics for every feature — the prompter, recording, Auto Pause, Hello Prompter, Rig Mode, Script Clips, themes and display settings, and troubleshooting.

It ships inside the app and needs no connection, so it is available wherever you are shooting. Nothing you read there is fetched from us.

Which languages does inTelePrompter support?

The full app — every screen, menu, and guide — ships in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Brazilian Portuguese. Pick yours in Settings → App Language. Your scripts can be written in any language.

How do I import a script?

Library → the + menu → Import File. You can import directly from the Files app in all major formats, including PDF and plain text. You can also create scripts from scratch in the editor.

What is Auto Pause and how does it work?

Auto Pause notices when you stop speaking. The scroll stops, then rewinds a little — back to the point the scroll had reached when the silence began. The scroll starts again as soon as you speak. It acts after the Time Delay you set in Settings (default 2 seconds), and turns itself off in noisy rooms.

Auto Pause does not use speech recognition at all. It measures how loud the microphone input is, several times a second, and compares the current level against how loudly you were speaking a moment ago. It keeps a few seconds of those loudness readings in memory — numbers only, never words and never audio — and writes none of them to disk.

How do I use Hello Prompter voice commands?

Enable Hello Prompter in Settings, then control the prompter hands-free while performing — play, pause, faster, rewind, and more. Commands work in your app language when that language's on-device dictation is available on your device (in the iOS Settings app, go to General → Keyboard → Dictation Languages and add your language); otherwise English commands are used. Hello Prompter uses your device's own built-in speech recognition. The app acts only on a fixed list of short command phrases (like "play," "pause," "rewind") — it does nothing else with any other text. Nothing it holds is written to disk or sent anywhere, and none of it is used to work out where you are in your script.

My recordings — where do they go?

Videos you record save directly to your Photos library. inTelePrompter has add-only access: it can save new videos but can never read, browse, or modify your existing photos.

Does the app work offline?

ThreeCode operates no servers that inTelePrompter connects to. The app runs entirely offline, and there are no accounts and nothing to sign into. inTelePrompter has no cloud service: it never uploads or syncs your scripts, your settings, or your recordings. They are stored on your device. If you have turned on your device's iCloud Backup or iCloud Photos, iOS may include that content in your own backup — that is a setting on your device, not something the app does or controls.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests go through them: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase. Apple typically responds within a day or two.

I found a bug. What should I include in my email?

Your device model, iOS version, app language, and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are gold. We take bugs seriously — most fixes ship in the next update.
